Custom Sausage Making Workshop

In this half day (5 hour) workshop we will take a whole pork shoulder and a whole pork belly and turn them into sausage. We will discuss butchery, choosing the best cut of meat for the sausage, seasoning, fat to meat ratios, cutting, grinding and stuffing. We will make a few flavors of sausage and then we will fire up the grill, crack a cold one, and enjoy the fruits of our labor! There will also be some sausage for each student to take home with them.

The cost of the class is $120 per person, which includes all ingredients. Each class will have a maximum of 4 students, and make sure to bring a container so you can take your culinary creations home.

  • Refund policy -Payments for dinners or classes are non-refundable. If you purchased a ticket and can no longer attend, you will not be reimbursed for the ticket but can have someone else attend in your place at on the same date of the event you purchased the ticket for.
