We have received quite a lot of requests to do a vegetable cooking class, and we are really excited about this idea! Vegetables are amazing! We love them!! There are so many varieties and they are so versatile. Vegetables have many different flavors and you can enhance the tastes of any vegetable by learning special cooking techniques and recipes.
This is not a vegetarian cooking class, but a vegetable cooking class. This class is about extracting the most flavor from vegetables, and pairing them with some fun and unique ingredients. This includes butter, animal fat, bacon, anchovies, prosciutto, herbs, nuts, oils and so much more. We will base these classes on what's available in our gardens as well as what's at the farmers market.

The class is BYOB
- Refund policy -Payments for dinners or classes are non-refundable. If you purchased a ticket and can no longer attend, you will not be reimbursed for the ticket but can have someone else attend in your place at on the same date of the event you purchased the ticket for. If we cancel the event, we will reschedule the class for another time or you can use your ticket for another scheduled class.
- We have 2 person minimum for our classes, if only one person signs up, we will reschedule, and you will keep your ticket as a credit to another class.
