Spanish Tapas Cooking Class

In these classes we will take a "trip around the world" and experience other food cultures from the comfort of our own kitchen. France, Spain, and Italy will all be featured countries we will be "traveling" too! These classes will be a combination of hands on and demonstrations, and we will all be able to sit down and enjoy the fruits of our labor. 

In these classes we will be making Tapas! These are so fun to make, are easy, packed with flavor, and meant for sharing. Each class will be unique, but here are some things we may teach:

  • Gambas al ajilo (shrimp with garlic)
  • Txipirones with Chorizo (squid with chorizo)
  • Cod with Romesco Sauce
  • Pan con Tomate
  • Croquetas
  • Shrimp with Romesco Sauce
  • Lamb Meatballs with Mint and Tomato
  • Red Wine Poached Chorizo
  • Lamb Skewers with Salsa Verda
  • Fried Peppers with Serrano Ham
  • Patatas Bravas (crispy potatoes with spicy tomato sauce)
  • Datales con bacon (Stuffed dates wrapped in bacon)
  • Torija
  • Flan
  • Creme Catalan
  • All classes will finish the night with a large seafood Paella to share!

The Class is BYOB

  • Refund policy -Payments for dinners or classes are non-refundable. If you purchased a ticket and can no longer attend, you will not be reimbursed for the ticket but can have someone else attend in your place at on the same date of the event you purchased the ticket for.
